New position - New England, Upscale suburban group practice seeks a 2nd fellowship trained glaucoma surgeon due to the region being dramatically underserved in regards to glaucoma care. "Our long standing glaucoma fellowship trained surgeon is ovewhelmed with patients." You will have the opportunity to offer 200+ cataract procedures, 50+ glaucoma surgeries plus lasers in Year 1. "Initially, we project that your time will be split 50/50 between glaucoma and general ophthalmic care progressing to 80% glaucoma care fairly quickly. The patient volume will commence at 30 patients per day and can increase as you desire." This practice has two nearby satellites and receives many optometric referrals. Shared call of 1 in 3. New position - Dynamic New England community seeks an additional anterior segment surgeon due to practice growth and succession planning. This is an ideal practice opportunity for a physician with a young family who desires to be within one hour of a metro region. You will have the opportunity to perform 400+ cataract surgeries and your subspecialty interest. "Our practice offers a lasik center, dry eye clinic and onsite ASC with ORA system and 3 office locations." This is a high pathology, strong premium lens patient base. EMR early adopters. ODs take first call. Call will be 1 in 8 with the new physician on board. Physicians with an interest in corneal and glaucoma care are welcome to apply. Base, bonus plus practice, ASC, lasik and real estate partnership options. Consideration will be given to an early partnership track.
