Perform 250-300 cataracts per year in an eye only ASC. Practice growth creates these needs as well as the retirement of a 36 year tenured eye plastic surgeon. Shared MD/OD call coverage of 1:8 with the new practitioner on board. Management Plus EMR with upgrade planned. No weekends or evening work required. No hospital call. Management Plus EMR with upgrade planned. No weekends or evening work required. No hospital call. The practice is willing to explore offering a vitreoretinal fellowship program.
