New position - Well-established, retina only practice located in the southeast is seeking an energetic vitreoretinal associate > partner who would see 60-65 patients per day and perform 8 major surgical cases per week over 2 OR days.  We are a traditional practice that strongly emphasizes patient care and has an extensive referral network.  8,000 square foot office with state-of-the-art equipment and 13 eye lanes.  Technical staff is young and upwardly mobile.  Office is located on the campus of a major tertiary care medical center.  Hospital based surgeries using Alcon Constellation Vision System.  MDI/Nextech EMR software.  ROP screening and treatment is preferred, but not mandatory.  Shared practice call.  No ER call.  This community is a health care hub offering numerous restaurants, a nearby SEC top university, high tech manufacturing and is near two desirable lakeside resorts.  Highly competitive base, bonus and well-defined, fast track to partnership option.
